Description

This graduate-level course focuses on technology commercialization and business model planning of an early-stage or innovative business idea. In project teams, students will explore, identify, analyze and propose the path "from Idea to Market" for technology and research projects. Using real-world projects, students will engage in customer discovery, perform comprehensive competitor analyses, develop and evaluate alternative business models, and assess product launch strategies.
