Consolidation, mergers, home office/branch accounting, international accounting topics, partnership and nonprofit organizations are also examined. Prerequisites

ACCT.3020 Intermediate Accounting II, or ACCT.3300 Corporate Financial Reporting III, with a "C" or better, or Spring 2020 grade of "P".
