Description

Honors College Community Engagement Interactive Experience allows students to engage in structured community service. Students collaborate with a community non-profit partner and work with them over the course of a year (two Academic Semesters) and is conducted under the mentorship of a representative of the non-profit organization as well as a member of the Honors College. Students will be required to read articles/texts appropriate to their Community Engagement experience and conduct a public presentation at the completion.

Prerequisites

Pre-Req: Honors College or permission of the instructor.
