MUCM.3020 Commercial Music Arranging

Description
In this course, students will learn the principles of arranging for medium-to-large ensemble in a contemporary popular setting. Areas of focus will include building rhythm-section grooves, writing solo lines and tutti figures for voices, horns and strings, and developing the students' aural acuity and notational skills in these areas.
