Description
This course prepares nutrition students for professional success by developing critical thinking, communication, and career readiness skills. Through guest speakers, discussions, and real-world applications, students will gain expertise in self-advocacy, leadership, and goal setting while refining their ability to analyze and articulate contemporary issues in nutrition. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, self-assessment, and developing intellectual stamina, ensuring students graduate ready to excel in diverse nutrition-related careers.
