The Department of Psychology is pleased to announce the promotion of Rocío Rosales to Full Professor! As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), Rocio has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing the field of behavior analysis. Her research focuses on applying the principles of behavior to both academic and therapeutic settings, with a particular emphasis on staff training, treatment integrity, and the acquisition of verbal behavior in learners with and without developmental disabilities.
