The Encore Society supports:
- Moloney Performing Arts Center and Classroom Spaces: Support modern, high-quality learning environments for music education.
- Moloney Concert Hall and Fischer Recital Hall: Upgrades Improve acoustics, seating and technology in key student and community performance spaces.
- The String Project, Mary Jo Leahey Symphonic Band Camp and Chorus Camps: Support year-round and summer youth music programs led by UML students and alumni.
- Technology for Sound Recording Technology (SRT) and Composition for New Media: Provide students with industry-standard tools for recording, production and media composition.
- Music Education Programs: Fund classroom instruments, materials and facility improvements for future music educators.
- Student Performance Ensembles: Support diverse student ensembles offering rich artistic and performance opportunities.
