Health Services is located in the University Crossing, Suite 300 as part of the Wellness Center. Students must have an appointment to see a provider. Please call 978-934-6800 during UML business hours to make an appointment.

The Wellness Center is located on the 3rd floor of University Crossing. We provide appointments for Counseling Services and Health Services. You must have an appointment to be seen at the Wellness Center, and we often have same day or next day appointments available for eligible students.

Please have your Student ID number available when you call to make an appointment at the Wellness Center.  For Health Services appointments, please also have your health insurance information available

Outside of Wellness Center Business Hours

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call the our call-counselor at any time 24/7/365 at 855-890-2879.

For emergencies, call UMass Lowell Police at 978-934-4911 or x4-4911 from on campus.

The Wellness Center observes university procedures and will not be open if the university is closed for a holiday, inclement weather, partial shutdown periods, or other urgent situations.
