Student Information Change
You can update some information using your SiS Self-Service account such as chosen name, address, telephone number and personal email address. Below are links directly to SiS.
Change of Address鈦�
Students are able to update permanent, mailing and degree addresses within your SiS Self-Service student account.
- View All Address Types (Mail, Billing, Permanent, Diploma, Local) in SiS
- Update / Add Address Type (Mail, Billing, Permanent, Diploma, Local) in SiS
Note: International Students cannot update their permanent address.
Change of Name鈦�
To change your primary legal name, you must submit Student Information Change form.聽You will be required to provide either a government issued photo ID (license, passport, etc.) or official court documentation (court order, marriage certificate, etc.) reflecting the changed name.

- Add / Update Your Phone Number (Billing, Business 1, Business 2, Cellular, Diploma, FAX, Local, Mailing, Permanent) in SiS
- View only of Residence Hall Number in SiS

- Students can request to change their UML email address by submitting the聽Campus Name change form.
- Add / Update Email (Business & Personal) in SiS.
